A charming Semi detached villa at the entrance to Los Alcazares only a few minutes drive to all the local facilities including the beaches of the Mar Menor, these beaches are all blue flag award winning and are excellent for children and adults alike. Many restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk .
The villa has been finished to a high standard with everything required including U.K. satellite T.V. , air conditioning , fully equipped kitchen , views over the golf course, enclosed swimming pool area with childrens pool area.
A private underground garage enclosure is available .The villa has front and side patios and has a large rooftop solarium with views over the golf course, a perfect place to soak up the rays in private. The villa provides evey possible feature for holidays in the sun.
Bedrooms
The villa has three bedrooms ,two upstairs and one downstairs on the ground floor.Upstairs is the master bedroom with patio doors leading onto a private balcony. The other two bedrooms, one upstairs and one on the ground floor are both fitted with twin beds.All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The villa can sleep 6 people comfortably however we will give a discount if only one or two bedrooms are required.
The villa has two bathrooms , the downstairs bathroom is fitted with walk in shower, toilet and washhand basin. Upstairs is the large main bathroom with bath, overhead shower , washhand basin and toilet. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted to the highest standard.
The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven , large capacity fridge /freezer, washing machine and all utensils required including kettle , toaster etc. It has a large serving hatch /breakfast bar opening out to the dining area and seperate rear entrance from the downstairs patio area.
The air conditioned open plan lounge and dining area is fully fitted with comfortable sitting area and dining facilities. There is a T.V. with English satellite , DVD , CD and radio system. The front door leads onto a private front & side patio.
During the main peak season change over day is Saturday , however we can be flexible and all requests will be considered. Outside the peak season change over days are flexible. Considerable discounts are available for clients wishing to stay for longer or winter holidays please send us an e mail with your request.
Linen & Cleaning Sheets , pillow cases , hand towels , bath towels , bath mats and tea towels are all provided , we do not provide beach towels . The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and cleaned after you leave , if your stay is for more than one week , the linen is changed weekly. |
